We make this delicious lasagna, in a Vegetarian and a Vegan adaption. Vegetarian has a medely of vegetables within our homemade tomatoe sauce, lasagna sheets and finished in a white cheese sauce. Vegan, is finished with a Bio Cheese (not cheese) sauce, oat milk - no animal products we have a chef who is a vegan. Feeds at least 4 - 6.
